A careful note on staying in place
In limited situations, Iron Lion may explore an arrangement that allows an owner to sell a property, remain as a resident, and have major repairs addressed under ILI ownership. Availability depends on the property, the resident’s circumstances, financing, insurance, legal requirements, and mutual agreement. A stay-in-place arrangement is never guaranteed, and an inquiry does not establish eligibility or create an obligation.
